My 6 Favorite Paleo Recipes

I try to eat clean as much as possible. I eat a lot of plain food with some spices. Eggs in the morning. Ground turkey, grilled chicken, ground lean beef, steaks, fish, scallops, shrimp and vegetables and some starchy foods like sweet potatoes, rice and even white potatoes on occasion. But I like to make some meals from recipes often. Here are six things I make all the time that we absolutely love! You can click the titles on some of these to get the full recipe and instructions on preparing.

I often cook these because they are quick and easy to grill and the healthy homemade salsa is delicious on the thighs. Quick, easy, painless and tasty as heck. I will lump some up on some spinach and other veggies and go to town. It will usually keep a day or two with lime juice and saran wrap or water trick to keep it fresh.   You can substitute lean meat or angus for the bison and throw anything on it that’s healthy. Bob is the stack master and inspires a lot of my meals. I often fry up sweet potato slices, lean beef and an egg and throw on a tomato, pineapple or some spinach and stack it all up. He’s got . Grilled Fresh Crappie with Lemon Garlic Spice I will have a feature on Wired2fish with the full recipe as well as how I store my fresh fish for quick easy thawing and preparation. I can pull a bag out, thaw it in 15 minutes and be eating grilled fish 5-8 minutes after that. Basically I brush them with , sprinkle on whatever spice I feel like and throw them on a on my grill. Cook3-4 minutes, flip for a few minutes and serve. Simple Spinach Egg Omelet Nearly every morning, I will take two eggs and an egg white and froth them up in a bowl real quick. I usually dice up spinach in a food processor and sprinkle it in. Then I throw it in a pan I’ve coated with OMGhee on medium heat. I will let it heat through for a minute or two, then I slide my spatula under it and flip it over in the pan. I will flip it a few more times to avoid any burning or crisping of the eggs but making sure it’s cooked solid. I will lay it on a plate, spread avocado over it, pour fresh salsa over it and fold it in half. Pan Seared Scallops I love getting fresh scallops from . It’s one of my favorite treats. We will eat a 4 pack together and maybe throw in some pan seared shrimp or maybe some steak. Again I melt some OMGhee in a pan, get it nice and hot but not smoking and then add scallops that I’ve thawed and pat dry. I will sprinkle on some Garlic or other spice on there and throw in adiced scallion. Only a few minutes a side and I check them often for that nice caramelized brown on the outside. So easy to cook and so good. Check out for some awesome fresh fish packaged perfectly for prep.

That’s six of my favorite recipes to spice up eating healthy a little bit. I keep a whole host of good recipes on my .
