In addition, the rounded shape makes cleaning easier–no more sticky crevices and corners. But it’s more than just looks that put the PowerPrep Plus in a league of its own. The 14-cup work bowl has a huge capacity, holding up to 3 pounds of bread or cookie dough or more than 2 pounds of meat, which means less parsing out of batches and more consistent mixing overall.
