REQUIREMENTS Culinary diploma or at least three years of professional cooking experience
PRIMARY DUTIES
Prep and maintain line before and during service Exhibit strong cooking and knife skills Keep kitchen and other areas neat and sanitary before, during, and after service. Maintain high safety standards Assist Chef in planning and executing daily specials Required to attend all in-service training sessions. Unless otherwise noted, all scheduled meetings are mandatory. Personal Hygiene: You must work to meet high standards of cleanliness and neatness. Attendance: You must report to work on time and work your scheduled hours.
