I’ve been on the Whole 30 diet. And I’m loving it. Really. Honestly, it’s not much of a challenge, especially as compared to other diets. I get plenty to eat. And the food options are pretty awesome. And, bonus: when I limit my food options, I get pretty creative.
There is one bit of trouble though on the Whole 30: I’m really missing my chocolate. I learned that cocoa powder IS allowed on Whole 30…YAY! But most everything you usually combine it with is not….BOO. But I was not giving up. I would have my chocolate.
I mixed the cocoa powder with a variety of different ingredients…some I completely regret. Yuck. In the end, it was worth it. I discovered a great combination to enjoy my chocolate and still stay Whole 30 compliant. And, it’s super simple, requires only two ingredients, and takes only five minutes. WIN! One thing to note: you would do well to like banana. You still get to taste the banana, making it taste like a beautiful combination of chocolate pudding and banana split.
