Based out of Nashville Tennessee, the Lost Spoon was established in 2014 by Chef Cleveland Shearls simply based on his passion for the Culinary Arts while serving clients in a personal setting. The Lost Spoon believes that there are endless avenues when it comes to your food preparation. We offer several personal chef services from weekly meal plans to professional cooking classes and in home meal prep. Our goal is to help our clients develop a new outlook on their culinary journey with assistance along the way.

The Lost Spoon creates specialty meal plans based on our client’s individual lifestyle and nutritional needs. We are dedicated to helping our clients on their healthy lifestyle journey all while preparing their favorite entrees in a fascinating, fresh and healthy way. Personal Chef Services Personal Chef Services provide in-home prepared meals for individuals and families. , This service includes initial client consultation, shopping, all preparation , and post meal clean up. Personal Chef Services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
