Cooking Classes
  • Bread at Home: Thursday, September 24, 11 am – 1:30 pm Learn the basics of bread utilizing the no-knead method for artisan loaves. We’ll mix up a batch of master dough and put it to work creating Cinnamon Swirl Bread, Pan d’Epi, and Pizza Crust
  • Cooking out of the (CSA) Box: Friday, October 2, 11 am – 1:30 pm If you’ve joined a CSA (or want to) but feel overwhelmed figuring out how to use it, this class is for you! We’ll make a variety of dinner recipes using the produce in an autumn CSA box.
  • Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Friday, October 23, 11 am – 1:30 pm Chicken is a versatile crowd pleaser. Learn how to source local chicken, roasting methods, thighs versus breasts, and how to stretch your chicken into multiple meals.
