Today I wanted to share with everyone my meal planner for my first week of 21 Day Fix. A lot of my lunch and dinner foods were mixed to make different meals. I will have links to all the recipes at the bottom of this post.
Day 1– For lunch I made a version of . For dinner I made a BIG salad.
Day 2– For lunch made a delicious and . For dinner, went out to eat and had a steak salad. This program is neat because you can still go out to eat if you want.
Day 3– For lunch I made an easy . For dinner I had sous vude chicken breast with squash and a salad with balsamic vinegar. Vinegar is a free food so I use it a lot to flavor foods!
Day 4– For lunch I made a baked potato topped with the creamy herb dressing and toast with sunbutter. The creamy herb dressing tastes so good on top of the potato, I didn’t even miss my butter or sour cream! For dinner I had a ground turkey “taco” salad. I used fresh salsa (tomatoes, onions, lime, cilantro). I am not sure if any canned or jar food is allowed (like salsa, tomato sauce, etc) so I like to make my own.
Day 5– I really wasn’t hungry this day so I just snacked on celery and hummus with some peanuts. I am surprised by how much hummus really does fill me up. For dinner I made a chicken brown rice fried rice, so good! Its recommended to use all your purple and yellow containers before 6pm, but sometimes I need some carbs at night, just SOMETIMES though.
Day 6– For lunch I had a yummy . This is one of my favorite meals even when I’m not on a diet. I also used one of my “treats” for the yellow containers for tortilla chips! For dinner I had grilled shrimp and wilted spinach with the creamy herb dressing on top of it all, SO GOOD.
