Power First Aid Kit Recommendations

Share this post with your friends:

We’ve already talked about first aid kits generally, but all of our recommendations revolved around purchasing a pre-assembled kit.  It just-so-happens that one of our readers is an emergency-responder and has been a first aid / emergency preparedness councilor for many years.  He was kind enough to share with us his list of recommended items to place in a first aid kit.  The recommended quantities and volumes are appropriate for a starter kit suitable for “Minor” emergencies and a group of 2-3 individuals.

Again, please remember that you need to put thought into your specific needs, if you or someone in your family has special needs, add that to this list as you’re preparing your first aid kit.
