Have you tried a handful of diets, only to gain the weight back? Are you spending hours on cardio machines, working on a weight loss goal, but not seeing any results? Do you know healthy food basics, but are not sure how to put it all together to build a healthy life? Does your relationship with food need a positive transformation?

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen or cut out all the food you love. Living a healthy life is all about moderation, portion control, making smart choices and eating foods that fuel your body in the best way possible.

My goal is to simplify healthy eating in order to help women to understand they have the power to create a sustainable healthy life for the long-term.

4 WEEK HEALTHY LIVING JUMPSTART

Have you ever done a detox or clean eating challenge? You make it through, only to go back to your old ways a few weeks later. Are you ready to jump start a healthy life? Looking to ditch the quick fixes and old habits, in favor of learning basics that will help you long-term?

The 4 Week Program focuses on educating participants on nutritional basics, while providing tools that can be used once the program is over. We will focus on elimination/replacement, simple and effective food prep, mindset shifts, behavior goals and making smart choices.

DATES: First Sunday of each Month; next program: TBD OUTCOME: Increased awareness of nutritional basics, formation of long-term healthy habits, 5-10lb weight loss FOR LADIES WHO ARE: Ready to invest in themselves, make positive changes to their nutritional habits, increase body confidence STATUS: Accepting applications. 1 on 1 CUSTOM NUTRITION COACHING

Have you tried multiple ways of eating with no results? Do you have a food sensitivity and need guidance on how to best nourish you body? Do you need a little extra support and encouragement to meet some of your nutrition goals?

The 1 on 1 Custom Coaching Program is geared towards ladies that require a little extra time and attention, whether due to desiring more accountability or a more strict approach to their nutrition. Coaching will focus heavily on behavior goals, mindset shifts, customized macro breakdown based on body type and activity level, and increased support.
