We admit it, we have a problem with cheese. If you consider eating too much of it and loving cheese a problem! Fresh cheese is a wonderfully fulfilling skill to learn and our cheese 101 class will walk you through the steps of making your very own fresh goat and cows milk and yogurt cheese. Learn how to flavor your cheeses with herbs, roasted garlic or citrus to accompany any dish. You'll have a "problem" with cheese too after this class!
