DENVER —The Denver "D" showed up Tuesday at the Salvation Army to help prepare food for the community Thanksgiving dinner at the Colorado Convention Center.

It is an annual tradition that began with Eric Decker a few years ago, continued last year with the offensive line, and this year Omar Bolden invited Malik Jackson, Brandon Marshall and David Burton among others.

“We all just came because we are in a position to give-back to those less fortunate,” Jackson said.

Each year, the Salvation Army prepares to feed about 1,500 people for Thanksgiving. This year no different.

The dinner will happen at the Convention Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
