Station #1 Canning Rental of the Canning Station #1 includes: stainless steel table, 20 gallon kettle, and Pro-Fill piston filler. Braiser, double deck convection oven and 4-burner gas range are optional. Station #2 Catering Rental of the Catering/Baking Station #2 includes: stainless steel table with sink, double deck convection oven, Groen braiser, 4-burner gas range, Vulcan steamer, 25 gallon kettle (optional). Station #3 Catering/Baking Rental of the Catering/Baking Kitchen #3 includes: stainless steel table with sink, 4-burner gas range, gas chargrill, double deck convection oven, proofer/convection oven. Prep Station #4 Rental of the prep kitchen includes a 3-basin vegetable prep sink and (2) stainless steel tables. Additional equipment Available to reserve: Hobart chopper, 20-quart Hobart mixer, 60-quart Hobart floor mixer (includes 30-quart attachments), reach-in freezer (on premise), hot box. General Use General use equipment is available for use with all rentals and includes:an icemaker, reach-in cooler, scullery sink, 3-basin wash sink, restroom, mops and other cleaning supplies, chalkboard! The walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage are available for rent per agreement.
