Sunday was just perfect.
I started my day with 60 mins of Energy Flow yoga by from her 3rd DVD in the 4 DVD series This Is Yoga. I’ve worked my way through 2 discs so far and will do a full review after I finish the other 2 DVDs.
Then it time to sit with my Clean Eating Magazines spread out in front of me. It was time for some recipe inspiration for Sunday food prep.
I came up with 3 things I wanted to try…
Mango Spice Muffins – here is the to my previous recipe post. This time I tried it with coconut flour and I’m sad to say they are very crumbly and dense yet still really yummy.
Pumpkin Pear Soup – didn’t turn out so well so I’m keeping this one all to myself
and
Pumpkin Banana Bread – I adapted by using whole wheat flour, adding 2 bananas and slivered almonds!
I then lugged my Christmas Tree & decorations upstairs for some holiday cheer. Please note that after one round of Justin Bieber’s Christmas album with some One Direction sprinkled in for good measure I switch the soundtrack up to old school Christmas songs. We’re talking Dean Martin old school inspiration.
