Cauliflower “Rice” Recipe

Cauliflower “Rice” **Whole 30 approved if you use the Bragg liquid amino alternative instead of soy sauce —————————————————– Prep. Time:  10 minutes Cook Time:  6 minutes Servings:  varied —————————————————– Ingredients: head of cauliflower, chopped (1 head makes about 3 servings) coconut oil onion powder sea salt pepper oregano bragg liquid amino’s soy sauce alternative (found at whole foods) or soy sauce —————————————————– Directions: 1.  Put chopped cauliflower into the food processor and process until “rice-like.” 2.  Add coconut oil to a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion powder, sea salt, pepper, and oregano (amount of choice). Saute for 6 minutes, adding desired amount of bragg liquid amino’s soy sauce (or regular soy sauce) as needed. —————————————————– Enjoy!
