3-2-1 Immune Boost
A delightful way to build your good health!
Ingredients: 3 tangerines, peeled, 2 kiwis, peeled and halved, 1 grapefruit, peeled and halved, 1 tablespoon dried goji berries, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions: 1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.* 2. Select Speed 1 and flip the switch to START. Slowly increase to Speed 8 and blend until smooth.

Antioxidant Refresher
You won’t taste the cabbage in this refreshing antioxidant-rich smoothie.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup red cabbage, 1 stalk celery, halved, 1 apple, halved, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup watermelon, 2 cups ice
Instructions: 1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.* 2. PULSE 3 times. Select Speed 10 and flip the switch to START. Blend for 45 seconds.

Banana Coconut Energizer
This delicious smoothie could actually be considered a dessert!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen shredded coconut 1 frozen banana, peeled, cut in half 1 oz. dark chocolate 2 pitted dates 1 cup low-fat milk 2-3 ice cubes
Instructions: Place all ingredients in the Nutri Ninja® Cup. Press the Single Serve button and hold until smooth. Remove the blades from the cup after blending. Serve at once.
