21 Day Fix Update and More Meal Ideas

I am a little obsessed with now. Its been a little over 2 weeks, and I can definitely see and feel changes in m body! I can’t stop staring at how good my tummy is starting to look. My goal for like 20 years has been to get abs. In my 27 years of living, it has not happened YET. This is the closest I have EVER been.

Everything got easier during the second week. I was not as sore as I was during week 1 and I wasn’t hungry at all. I knew what foods kept me fuller longer and what  I liked. I love my sunbutter on toast so I eat that everyday now. It keeps my tummy occupied until my Shakeology a couple hours later. The boyfriend and I went snorkeling one day so I was away the whole day. I packed all my food from breakfast to my afternoon snack so I could keep on schedule. I packed the boyfriend the same things but in bigger portions so he didn’t have to get fast food or anything!

I am really enjoying this program because I am seeing results! As of today, I have 3 more days left until I am complete with round 1 of . So far I have lost 7 pounds and all my clothes fit better. My goal is to get some defined abs so I will probably take a week off and start round  2 again!
