21 Day Fix – Food Prep Made Easy – Watermelon
You are super excited to start your program or you’ve been doing it for awhile but finding eating healthy and following the plan requires a lot of work. I totally get it. I’ve been there too. But don’t get discourage and whatever you do don’t quit. This program and meal plan is the best I’ve ever seen. Today’s video is on watermelon. Watermelon is one of my favorite summer fruits. It’s high on the Purple Container list. In the past I would prepare the watermelon like I show in the video below, yet I would literally eat right out of the container until I was super full. I figured it was healthy and mainly water so what if I ate as much as I wanted. Well, I simply forgot about all the natural sugar I was eating. You see, even if it sugar from fruit it’s still sugar and sugar makes us fat!
With the , I can now cut up my watermelon, chill it and when it’s time to eat I just fill up my purple container and put the rest back in the refrigerator. Or if I need to take my food with me, again just pack the pre-cut watermelon into my container and go.
Having pre-cut watermelon will prevent you from grabbing something off the Eating Plan. So spend a little time chopping up your watermelon or cantaloupe or honeydew melon and you’ll be good to go! To Learn more about the 21 Day Fix and my Free private group I coach through the program, .
