School, work, social events, family life, working out….. It takes a lot of time to maintain that schedule. Eating right can make a huge difference in energy levels to keep up with all you have on your plate. A little preparation can make filling your belly with the right foods easy. We usually set aside a couple hours once or twice a week, to cook most of our food for the week. Here’s our ‘make ahead staples’ as well as how long they will keep for in the fridge:
1. Hard boiled eggs
Hard boiled eggs are an easy packable snack for any time of day. Cook several at once, because they last the whole week! Make sure to peel them immediatley after cooking to save time when you’re in a rush.
